Me! I'm Mandy Froehlich

I’m a busy mom of 3, business owner, recovering stress-ball, worrier and anxious that I’m not doing enough. I’m passionate about helping others find freedom in their body and mind like I have.

Mandy discovered a strong sense of peace on her yoga mat close to 15 years ago. After a close call with a serious head injury and going through several hard personal experiences, Mandy is convinced that the practice of slowing down, learning how to breath, and moving gently is medicine that can’t be found anywhere else. 

Mandy is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor and overall curious wellness seeker. Her journey to understand the science of movement was born with a master's degree in exercise physiology.

Since then, she's studied brain health, somatic therapy work, and nervous system rejuvenation. She’s worked with 1000's of clients and has come to understand that feeling great in our bodies requires just a few important factors: a willingness to try something new, a curiosity to listen to our body for feedback and a structured program to follow from a reliable guide who is a little further ahead on the journey.

I don’t know if we are ever ready. It’s so easy to analyze and think about doing something before actually doing it.
